To protect consumers, Ascendant Global and German-owned Osram are working with government agencies to crack down on Fake and Illegally imported (gray market) Osram products. “Each bulb has a distinct, traceable serial number,” shares Osram’s Technical Head. The public is advised that illegally imported goods may be confiscated and destroyed.
